Study On The Relations Of Academic Passion And Achievement Goal Orientation And Academic Achievement Of College Students

In order to explore the relationship between college students' academic passion,achievement goal orientation and academic achievement,and the internal mechanism of the influence of college students' academic passion on academic achievement.In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 600 college students in nanchang university using the ‘college students' academic passion scale',‘achievement goal orientation scale'and ‘academic achievement self-rating scale'.SPSS19.0 and AMOS21.0 statistical software were used to conduct the reliability and validity test,T test,variance analysis and regression analysis of the survey data.The main conclusions are as follows.1.The revised "college students' passion scale" has a good reliability and validity,which conforms to the requirements of psychometrics.2.The level of academic passion of college students is generally higher,and the level of harmonious passion is higher than the level of obsessive passion.3.There is a significant correlation between college students' academic passion,achievement goal orientation and academic achievement.4.Students with academic passion have higher academic achievements than those who do not have academic passion;Students with high academic passion level are higher than students with low level of academic enthusiasm;Students with a harmonious passion have higher academic achievement than those with a compulsive passion.5.Academic passion has a positive predictive effect on achievement goal orientation;Achievement goal orientation has positive predictive effect on academic achievement.6.Academic passion has a direct impact on academic achievement.The harmonious passion has a direct impact on learning contribution,learning performance,interpersonal promotion and total performance.Compulsive passion has a direct impact on interpersonal facilitation.7.Achievement goal orientation has a significant mediating effect on the influenceof academic passion on academic achievement.Harmonious passion indirectly influences learning contribution and total performance through learning goals,indirectly influences interpersonal promotion through achievement verification,indirectly influences interpersonal promotion and total performance through social support,indirectly influences social responsibility learning contribution,learning performance,interpersonal promotion and total performance;Compulsive passion can influence learning performance indirectly through achievement verification and achievement avoidance.So,we should attach great importance to the positive role of college students' academic activities in passion,to cultivate college students' harmonious sexual passion and identify the learning objectives and social goal orientation of achievement goal orientation.so as to enhance the level of college students' academic achievement.
