Research On Cultural Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas Of China

The traditional way of poverty alleviation is mainly the assistance of the economic level,and there are problems that poor households are waiting for help.In order to stimulate the initiative and enthusiasm of poor households to get rid of poverty and self-reliance,the state has proposed economic support for poor households,and at the same time,it needs to carry out the requirements of helping and helping the poor in the cultural level,so as to help the poor poverty alleviation through the cultural resources of poor areas.In the work of poverty alleviation,it highlights the role of "helping wisdom".This paper selects the rural cultural poverty alleviation work of Suixian County,which is the title of ecological water city and cultural city,as the research object.It introduces the current situation of rural po verty alleviation in rural areas from the sources of poverty alleviation at the grassroots level of cultural poverty alleviation,the classification of aid recipients,poverty alleviation methods and sources of poverty alleviation funds..The study found that the problems in the poverty alleviation process of Jixian County are:the lack of confidence and participation of poverty-stricken households to get rid of poverty,the imperfect rural poverty alleviation service system,the imbalance of cultural poverty alleviation funds,the weakening of grassroots cultural poverty alleviation teams,and the backwardness of rural cultural mechanisms.The reasons for these problems are:poor families have low cultural level,poor skills,and have not formed the concept of getting rid of poverty;there are some poor people in rural areas who are in a hurry,gambling addiction,rogues,no parents,and no responsibility for their children;The multi-subject structure of cultural poverty alleviation has not yet formed;poor households are bound by traditional culture and low quality;poverty alleviation cadres have a misunderstanding of the concept of cultural poverty alleviation;cultural poverty alleviation supply is out of line with demand.In view of the problems found in the practice of poverty alleviation in rural culture in Ganxian County,this paper proposes the following measures:Education and poverty alleviation to improve the quality and skills of the rural poor,incorporate cultural poverty alleviation into the leadership responsibility,raise funds for cultural poverty alleviation through multiple channels,and strengthen poverty alleviation at the grassroots level Team building,intensify efforts to build a smooth and civilized civilization,develop cultural undertakings,and establish a sound guarantee mechanism for cultural poverty alleviation.
