Research On Poverty Alleviation Of Rural Culture In The New Era

Forty years of reform and opening up have witnessed rapid development in China,and the level of urbanization has also been constantly improved.According to relevant statistics,the rate of urbanization has increased from 17.92% in 1978 to 59.58% in 2018,with an average annual growth rate of one percentage point.However,the development level of rural areas is very backward,and poverty has become an important factor restricting rural development.Therefore,poverty alleviation in rural areas is increasingly on the agenda,and poverty alleviation policies are further developed and improved.On the basis of material poverty alleviation in rural areas,cultural poverty alleviation has also been put on the agenda and gradually received attention."Fostering ambition and managing folly" has become a driving force for the successful completion of the fight against poverty.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,field investigation and theoretical analysis to study the poverty alleviation of rural culture,and obtains the following results.At present,the problems in rural cultural poverty alleviation are the low cultural comprehensive quality of the rural poor,the lack of cultural talents at the rural grassroots level,the backward construction of rural public cultural service system,and the backward development of rural cultural industry.The causes of these problems are restricted by the negative culture and the low quality of the poor population,the urban-rural dual structure leads to the rural cultural poverty,the cultural poverty alleviation mechanism is not sound,and the social forces participate in the rural cultural poverty alleviation is insufficient.In view of this situation,this paper puts forward the following solutions: guide rural cultural poverty alleviation with the thought of the new era,support the will and wisdom of the combination,expand the supply channels of rural cultural resources,improve rural cultural facilities,improve rural cultural system,ensure the successful completion of cultural poverty alleviation,mobilize diverse subjects to participate in cultural poverty alleviation.Through the analysis of cultural poverty alleviation,we realize that the deep-seated causes of rural poverty are cultural poverty and spiritual poverty.As a higher level of demand,the development of culture lags behind the economic construction,which is more prominent in the poor areas.Therefore,in-depth cultural poverty alleviation in poor areas can not only make up for the shortcomings of poverty alleviation work in cultural construction,but also provide new methods for the economic development of poor areas,and realize the comprehensive development of society,economy and culture.
