Accurate Poverty Alleviation Strategy Analysis

Over the past 40 years since the reform and opening up,China's economic and social development has made remarkable achievements.People's lives have also been greatly improved.But we also need to be clear that there are tens of millions of people living below the poverty line.Therefore,poverty alleviation should not be relaxed for a moment.Comrade Xi Jinping has proposed that we should complete the task of poverty eradication by 2020.Poverty alleviation has become the focus of the whole society.How to get out of poverty? How to achieve poverty alleviation is the key issue to achieve poverty alleviation.In 2013,xi jinping put forward the idea of targeted poverty alleviation.Then,in 2015,the theory of targeted poverty alleviation reached maturity.This is a sign that China's poverty alleviation work has scientific theoretical guidance--namely,the theory of targeted poverty alleviation.As a systematic way of poverty alleviation,ideological and cultural poverty alleviation involves the "software" of education,culture and thought in this paper.It also involves the "hardware" of cultural industry and cultural infrastructure construction.By analyzing the poor,the common villagers,poverty alleviation official state of mind,find the ideas of the poor "root",and through the measures of the cultural education,combined with a precision of poverty alleviation,to solve the current poverty problem.We should be acutely aware that now the cause of poverty is various,in order to solve poverty problem,we will be on the deep level reason,however,from the perspective of the poverty alleviation work before our poverty alleviation work,more is to consider the natural geographical environment,the objective factors such as social economic development,ignore the poverty of the poor families.This phenomenon is also reflected in the choice of poverty alleviation policy and poverty alleviation mode.Focus on material poverty alleviation,relief is poverty alleviation.Ignore cultural poverty alleviation.Therefore,we need to reflect on the previous mode of poverty alleviation,and pay attention to the significance of ideological and cultural poverty alleviation.Ideological and cultural poverty alleviation is a supplement to the current poverty alleviation.He asks us to eradicate the old ideas of farmers in the process of poverty alleviation.Secondly,we should promote the development of education in the poor areas and improve the scientific and cultural quality of farmers.Of course,the idea of leading cadres in poor areas also needs to change.Finally,we should strengthen the construction of "hardware" of poor rural culture and enrich the amateur life of farmers.This paper starts from the perspective of ideology and culture by referring to data and field research.This paper analyzes the present situation of cultural poverty alleviation in rural areas and the significance of cultural poverty alleviation in the current poverty alleviation work.Strive to alleviate poverty in rural areas and contribute a part.
