Nonattachment to self and Non-self are two new concepts in the field of positive psychology. In order to revise the Nonattachment to Self Scale and Non-self Scale suitable for the Chinese cultural background, this study is based on the Nonattachment to Self Scale and Non-self Scale developed overseas, and compiled and revised the Chinese version of the Nonattachment to Self Scale and Non-self Scale, and their psychometric indicators were tested separately. The development and revision of the two scales were tested three times:The subjects tested for the first time used a simple random sampling method, randomly selected 347 undergraduates(male:133,female:214)from the headquarters of Shandong Normal University, and adopted a 35-item Nonattachment to Self Scale and the revised Chinese version of the 17-item Non-self Scale was tested. After the project analysis, the Nonattachment to Self Scale deleted a total of 16 questions. The Non-self Scale did not delete the questions, forming the scale required for the second test. The second test subject used a simple random sampling method to randomly select 449 undergraduates(male:170,female:279)from the Changqing Lake campus of Shandong Normal University, and adopted a 19-item Nonattachment to Self Scale and the 17-item Non-self Scale was tested. After project analysis, internal consistency analysis, and factor analysis, the Nonattachment to Self Scale deletes 3 questions and the Non-self Scale deletes 4 questions to form the official version of the Nonattachment to Self Scale and the Non-self Scale. For the third test,a simple random sampling method was used to randomly select254 undergraduates(male:97,female:157)from Linyi University in Shandong Province, and adopted a 16-item Nonattachment to Self Scale and the 11-item Non-self Scale was tested. After reliability analysis and validity analysis,it is concluded that the internal consistency coefficient of the Nonattachment to Self Scale is 0.859,and the internal consistency coefficient of each dimension is0.596-0.727;There was a significant positive correlation between the scores of the scale and the scores of mindfulness attention awareness scale and subjective well-being respectively, and a significant negative correlation with the scores of Becker's depression self-assessment and anxiety self-assessment,indicating that the creterion validity of the scale was good;the?~2/df value is 1.595 The values of GFI,CFI,TLI are 0.926-0.941,and the value of RMSEA is 0.048.The internal consistency coefficient of the Non-self Scale is 0.847,and the internal consistency coefficients of the self-transcendence experience and personal experience are 0.773 and 0.728;There was a significant positive correlation between the scale score and the scores of mindfulness attention awareness scale, self transcendence scale and subjective well-being,and a significant negative correlation with self-esteem,indicating that the criterion validity of the scale was good?~2/df value is 1.350,GFI,CFI,TLI values are 0.963-0.979,and RMSEA values are 0.037.In order to explore whether mindfulness training can promote nonattchment to self and non-self,this study uses online recruitment to select 32 subjects from the Changqing Lake Campus of Shandong Normal University, divide them into an experimental group and a control group,The group underwent eight weeks of mindfulness training, and the control group did not have any experimental treatment. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the scores of the nonattchment to self scale and the non-self scale between the experimental group and the control group.
