Study On The Relation Of Seventeen Rhymes Of [-?] In Chu Bamboo Slips During The Warring States Period

Since the Ming Dynasty,Chen Di got rid of the framing of the present tone and overturned the theory of"Xie Yun(??)",the study of ancient phonetics was guided by the scientific concept of phonology.Since the Qing Dynasty,from"Qianjia School"to"Zhang Huang School",Wang Li has finally clarified the ancient rhyme system,that is,the ancient rhyme pattern of eleven categories of 30rhymes with three sounds of"Yin(?),Ru(?)and Yang(?)".However,for the ranking of ancient rhymes,Wang Li is not the same in several of his works.For example,in Chinese phonology(??????)(1963),"Zhi(?),Zhi(?)and Zheng(?)"is similar to"You(?)Hou(?)"and"Xiao(?)Yao(?)",but in the History of Chinese phonetic(???????)(1985),"Zhi(?),Zhi(?)and Zheng(?)"is similar to"Zhi(?),Xi(?)and Geng(?)"and"Yu(?),Duo(?)and Yang(?)".In addition to Wang Li,many scholars have different arguments about the arrangement of ancient rhymes.The arrangement of the ancient rhyme order shows the relationship between the relatives and the distance between the rhyme parts,and it is also a direct reflection of the relationship between the rhyme parts.At the same time,the ancient rhyme construction is also based on the ancient rhyme arrangement and clearance.The kinship relationship between the rhyme parts determines the research course of the ancient rhyme construction.Therefore,it is necessary for us to discuss the ranking of the rhyme parts in depth.Since the 20th century,with the publication of unearthed documents,the internal evidence materials of ancient sounds have been gradually enriched.Compared with the previous rhymes and"XieSheng(??)"materials,it is popular to use the interchangeable words in the unearthed literature for the study of ancient sounds.Compared with the ancient literature,the unearthed literature has some advantages in both time ang region,and the interchangeable words in the literature are the value materials for the study of ancient phonology.Therefore,based on Liu Xinfang's Interpretation of Interchangeable words of Chu Bamboo and Silk(?????????),through the weekly inspection of the interchangeable words in his works,this paper finally selects 17 rhymes belonging to the ancient[-?]category(ZhiZhiZheng(???)YouJueDong(???)XiaoYao(??)HouWuDong(???)YuDuoYang(???)ZhiXiGeng(???)).There are 3221 groups of interchangeable words,and taking the middle ancient sounds of these interchangeable words as the direction,combined with their ancient phonological status,the phonetic loan frequency is counted,and finally,the affinity relationship between the 17 rhyme parts of the ancient[-?]class is analyzed,and the order of the rhyme parts is clarified.This paper is divided into eight parts,the specific contents are as follows:The introduction includes the reason and significance of this topic,the present situation and trend of the study,the materials and methods of the study.Chapter I-the research on the relationship of the interchangeable characters between ZhiZhiZheng(???):the general situation of the three rhymes,the examples of their own interchangeable words,and the examples of the different parts of the interchangeable words.Chapter II-the research on the relationship of the interchangeable characters between YouJueDong(???):the general situation of the three rhymes,the examples of their own interchangeable words,and the examples of the other parts of the interchangeable words.Chapter III-the research on the relationship of the interchangeable characters between XiaoYao(??):the general situation of the two rhymes,the examples of their own interchangeable words,and the examples of the different parts of the interchangeable words.Chapter IV-the research on the relationship of the interchangeable characters between HouWuDong(???):the general situation of the three rhymes,the examples of their own interchangeable words,and the examples of the other parts of the interchangeable words.Chapter V-the research on the relationship of the interchangeable characters between YuDuoYang(???):the general situation of the three rhymes,the examples of their own interchangeable words,and the examples of the other parts of the interchangeable words.Chapter VI-the research on the relationship of the interchangeable characters between ZhiXiGeng(???):the general situation of the three rhymes,the examples of their own interchangeable words,and the examples of the other parts of the interchangeable words.In the conclusion part,through the analysis of the data of 3221 groups of interchangeable words,the relationship between the 17 rhymes of ancient[-?]class is reformulated,that is,XiaoYao(??),YouJueDong(???),HouWuDong(???),YuDuoYang(???),ZhiXiGeng(???),ZhiZhiZheng(???).
