Research On The Problems Of Huayi Brothers' Capital Circulation

With the rapid development of China's economy,the level of mass consumption has also been continuously improved.Under the circumstance of material abundance,people have changed from the pure pursuit of material life to the dual pursuit of material and spiritual levels.The cultural industry is just the thriving industry that produces spiritual and cultural products,meets people's spiritual and cultural needs,and serves the public.As a branch of the cultural industry,the film and television industry has also been favored by capital,experienced rapid development and left many problems.In order to enable the film and television industry to achieve steady and healthy development,the government has issued a number of policies to regulate the development of the film and television industry,and has imposed restrictions on private capital which aims at the film and television industry.The government has also injected a large amount of state-owned capital so that it could strength the state controls of the film and television industry.Correspondingly,film and television companies have gradually fallen into capital shortages from the capital surplus in their heyday.Coupled with the inherently capital-intensive nature of the film and television industry,it is particularly important that the film and television industry can effectively manage its own funds.On the basis of summarizing the previous research on fund management,this paper integrates the three activities of fund raising,capital use and capital return,and uses case study method to analyze the current situation of fund management of Huayi Brothers Media Group from a holistic perspective.First of all,based on the analysis and research of Huayi Brothers' financial report and market research,this paper explores the problems of the company's own fund raising,capital use and capital return,and then analyzes the causes of the problems one by one.Finally,provide targeted comments and suggestions on the issues identified.This paper hopes that through this research process,it not only makes certain explorations and contributions to the theoretical research on enriching fund management,but also provides reference for the current fund management work of film and television enterprises,and improves their adaptability and responsiveness to changes in external capital environment as well as the operational capacity and profitability of the internal capital cycle and hopes to provide experience and reference for the solution of the fund management problems of film and television enterprises in the future.
