With the rapid development of Internet technology,using multimedia and other information technology methods in education has become more and more extensive.Education informationization is also an inevitable trend of education development,and new requirements have been placed on teachers' capabilities of using the information technology.Teachers' "ICT" literacy refers to Information and Communication Technology,which is a new technical field formed by the integration of information technology and communication technology.In order to keep up with the trend of the times,fully integrating teachers' "ICT" literacy and English classes can maximize the use of information technology and improve the quality of classes.In the early precision teaching,teachers use paper and pen to record students' learning behaviors and analyze learning conditions by themselves to understand students' weak knowledge points,and then adjust and arrange teaching plans.However,most teachers now are equipped with basic "ICT" literacy,so this study integrates teachers' "ICT" literacy into the classroom,conducts precise teaching research,makes full use of them and modernizes education reform and innovation.This thesis is closely related to the subject.A four-month teaching practice activity was carried out in a total of 95 students in a junior high school in Hanzhong City.The main research content is: understanding the current use of information technology and precision teaching in this school.With the help of the "Free Talking Wisdom Classroom" platform used by the school,based on the teacher's "ICT" literacy,precise teaching is conducted to verify whether this new educational model can promote educational teaching activities.Finally,some strategies and suggestions are put forward for the current English teaching in junior middle school combining with the research and analysis of the thesis.After analyzing the questionnaires and experimental data,and using constructivism and behavioral learning theory,the use of information technology in junior high school English classrooms and the popularity of precision teaching are summarized.In view of the problems,it is suggested that teachers should make the most of their "ICT" literacy reasonably and maximize the use of information technology to make the implementation of precision teaching more convenient and effective.Teachers make full use of multimedia means to improve teaching quality in the "pre-class,while-class,post-class and out-of-class" four links.This thesis will provide some applicable teaching suggestions for front-line teachers of basic education,which can make the junior middle school English classroom more vivid and dynamic in the context of “Internet +”,and has practical significance for basic education innovation and reform.
