Research On Calligraphy Teaching In Teaching Chinese To Speakers Of Other Languages

Language and culture are closely linked to each other.Chinese calligraphy is the most distinctive cultural symbol which is necessary to put into the International Chinese language teaching.It's a good phenomenon that recently some foreign universities and Confucius institutes have promoted Chinese calligraphy in the form of calligraphy courses.But there are few theoretical studies on calligraphy teaching.To achieve the long-term development of international education in calligraphy,except for a good deal of Chinese language teaching practice and experience,it also needs comprehensive and complete theoretical support.Therefore,this paper aims to summarize and reflect on the current of calligraphy teaching,provide the theoretical reference and practical guidance for overseas calligraphy teaching in the future.So as to expand the enrich the cultural education in the cause of Chinese International teaching to make its due contribution.This thesis has six chapters,in the first chapter,the background,the object and method,research summary of present situation of studying were introduced.The second chapter introduced the relationship between calligrapgy teaching and character teaching and cultural teaching.The third chapter put calligraphy teaching under the cross-disciplinary,reference and integration aesthetic,pedagogy,education psychology,neurology methods and findings.The fourth chapter summarize the present situation of calligraphy teaching.The fifth chapter on the base of teaching practice design a calligraphy teaching plan with the practicality and the feasibility according to the characteristics of teaching objects.The last chapter is the conclusion part which summarized the research contents and point out the shortage of this thesis and look forward to the future research of calligraphy teaching.
