Under the current situation of China's economic slowdown,cultural innovation is a new growth point and breakthrough point of economic development,and the film industry has become the key to the prosperity and development of the cultural industry due to its comprehensive and huge industrial chain.In the past decade,China's film industry has developed rapidly with the support of government funds and construction.In 2015,the launch of the real-time box office data platform of the state administration of radio,film and television marked the entry of the film industry into the "big data era".With the popularization and development of various social media and film viewing platforms,the film industry chain has gradually shifted from offline to online.Sorting and analyzing the big data related to films on various platforms also provide investors with decision-making basis,and provide scheme reference for film production and publicity,so as to promote the healthy development of the film industry.However,in 2015,the film industry was impacted by the supply-side adjustment of the government and the big data of the Internet,and the growth rate slowed down sharply.Due to the transformation of consumption and innovation mode,the film industry entered a rational adjustment stage.Based on the good data support of the professional film Internet integrated platform and the environment of big data mining and analysis,this paper hopes to solve the problems of unclear copyright ownership and unclear composition of copyright value in copyright evaluation.Firstly,by analyzing the distribution model of film industry chain and the composition of copyright value,a film copyright evaluation model based on revenue sharing method is designed and constructed.Second use film professional software and big data platform mining related data,is film as explained variable,director,star,schedule,script,type,film distribution companies,production companies,film search index and network want to look at as a bitter factor as the explained variable,improved traditional box office revenue forecasting model,and through the analysis of the film industry chain the returns and risk of each stage of derivatives,movie derivatives value risk assessment model was constructed.Finally,hero of fire is selected as a case study to demonstrate the practicability of using revenue sharing method to evaluate movie copyright,and the sensitivity of the main parameters in the model to the evaluation value is measured.It is found that the main value of film copyright comes from the box office and derivative income.In the prediction of the box office,the realistic theme in the film type is negatively correlated with the box office,in addition,eight factors are significantly positively correlated with the box office,among which the production company has the largest influence,followed by the script and distribution company,baidu search index and the number of people who want to see the film network have a certain influence on the box office.When evaluating the value of derivatives,due to the immaturity and lack of innovation in the release of film derivatives in China,the earnings of film derivatives are dependent on the reputation of the film itself,which shall be evaluated in stages and types according to the actual situation of the film.Through the case practice,it is practical to use the revenue sharing method to evaluate the film copyright,among which the profit sharing rate and the box office have the most significant influence on the evaluation results,which should be carefully predicted and quantified in the evaluation.The rational use and development of film-related big data is not only conducive to the better protection and development of film copyright,but also to the optimization and development of China's intellectual property asset evaluation system.
