Research On The Orientation Of Calligraphy Exhibition In The New Era

Calligraphy is a unique traditional art in China,which uses brush and ink to shape Chinese characters.It is also a symbol of our spiritual civilization and is known as the "treasure of Chinese culture".Since the new era,with the change of people’s life style and objective environment,the display mode of calligraphy is undergoing profound changes.The traditional display modes such as inscription wall and desk elegant play no longer occupy the mainstream,but instead the new exhibition hall exhibition mode.Every year,there are dozens or even hundreds of calligraphy exhibitions in China.With the continuous development of calligraphy exhibition,the form of calligraphy works has also undergone tremendous changes.Looking at the exhibition works in calligraphy exhibition in the new period,the number of traditional Baixuan works has been greatly reduced,the number of works processed by splicing,tie-dyeing and old-fashioned methods has greatly increased,and the exhibition hall mode has stimulated new creative ideas,which has challenged the traditional calligraphy art greatly.They all play a great role in promoting the development of calligraphy art.Over the past 30 years,the calligraphy exhibition mode has been constantly updated and improved,and has assumed the important task of calligraphy dissemination in the new era.Today,the calligraphy exhibition mode has become more mature,but it also faces more questions and challenges.Not only that,the change of display mode makes calligraphy itself encounter unprecedented challenges.Whether it is the creative concept and creative psychology of the creator,or the viewer’s viewing needs and ways,it has been impacted unprecedentedly.Taking the orientation of calligraphy exhibition in the new period as the research object,this paper attempts to start with the evolution process of the form and display mode of calligraphy works,comb the historical changes of calligraphy exhibition based on the intuitive data provided by important calligraphy exhibitions in the new period,analyze the influence of calligraphy exhibition on calligraphy creation and appreciation,and analyze the characteristics of calligraphy exhibition in the new period in combination with popular exhibitions nowadays.It also puts forward some suggestions on the development of calligraphy exhibition,explores the development direction of calligraphy exhibition,in orderto better inherit the calligraphy art of our country.This paper mainly discusses from the following six aspects: first,defining the concept of the new period and calligraphy exhibition,defining the scope of research;second,starting from the current situation of calligraphy art,exploring the significance of calligraphy exhibition for the development of calligraphy art;third,collecting widely the relevant materials of calligraphy exhibition,collating,summarizing and classifying the types of calligraphy exhibition in the new period;fourth,analyzing and classifying the types of calligraphy exhibition in the new period;Comparing and summarizing the common features of different calligraphy exhibitions in the new period;Fifth,through the analysis and research of calligraphy works in the exhibition,study the creative tendency of calligraphy works in calligraphy exhibitions in the new period;Sixth,by summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of calligraphy exhibitions in the new period,the prospects for future calligraphy exhibitions are put forward.
