Research On The Protection Of Non-material Cultural Heritage From The Perspective Of Public Cultural Services

The new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics clarifies that the main contradiction in China's current society is the contradiction between the people's growing needs for a better life and the development of inadequate and unbalanced development.Judging from the term“good living needs”,cultural rights are increasingly demanding from society and government.Public cultural services play an important role in satisfying the cultural needs of the masses and enhancing the soft power of the national culture among them.Non-material cultural heritage is a concentrated expression of national traditional culture.At present,the government attaches more importance to these two tasks,but due to the actual conditions,there are still many imperfections.In this context,this paper aims to explore the applicability,feasibility and functionality of the intangible cultural heritage into the public cultural service system by studying the connotation and characteristics of public cultural services and intangible cultural heritage protection.In this context,this paper aims to explore the applicability,feasibility and functionality of the intangible cultural heritage into the public cultural service system by studying the connotation and characteristics of public cultural services and intangible cultural heritage protection.This paper firstly defines the connotation and characteristics of public cultural services and intangible cultural heritage protection,and functional analyses intangible cultural heritage as the applicability of public cultural service projects from the functional framework of public goods.Secondly,it draws on the Pareto improvement and endogenous economic growth model,establishes a model to analyze the priority of endogenous growth factors in the input of intangible cultural heritage under the public cultural service system,and demonstrates the integration of intangible cultural heritage protection into the public cultural service system.Based on the actual work of public cultural services and intangible cultural heritage protection in Changchun City,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to integrate and utilize resources in the government cultural field management,and strengthen the protection of intangible cultural heritage under the perspective of public cultural services,and explore the specific ways in which the intangible cultural heritage plays a role in the government's public cultural service supply system.
