As an indispensable part of the field of Chinese literature and art,the Red Classic movies(1949-1966)in the seventeen years of New China have attracted and influenced hundreds of millions of Chinese people with their unique charm since their birth.Red Classics movies in the seventeen years of New China as the research object,and makes a thorough interpretation from the aspects of narrative structure,narrative characters,narrative language and narrative value significance,in order to find out the ideological and cultural connotations hidden behind the text and phenomena,and to explore the unique narrative strategies and value significance of the Red Classics movies.The first chapter is about the definition of Red Classics film and the theoretical basis of narrative strategy research.First of all,on the basis of the concept of red classics defined by predecessors,the concept of red classics and red classic movies are summarized.Secondly,this paper expounds the Marxist literary theory,narratology,semiotics and other theoretical basis.The second chapter is about the narrative structure of the red classic movies in the seventeen years of New China.This chapter from the narrative structure,narrative time and space,narrative point of view and perspective of three aspects of the analysis of the Red Classic unique narrative structure strategy.First of all,compared with the structure of other literary works,highlight the 17 years of New China red classic film from small to large,from weak to strong,from failure to victory of the spiral of the lofty narrative structure characteristics.Secondly,it explores the narrative time and space of the Red Classics film,which is different from other intergenerational directors' works in China,and reflects the revolutionary and socialized revolutionary historical time and space.Finally,the film of Red Classics constructs the values of the mainstream ideology in the 1950 s and 1960 s from the perspective of omniscience and omnipotence.The third chapter is about the narrative characters of the Red Classics movies in theseventeen years of New China.First of all,according to Propp's theory of character function and Greimas' metamodel of action,this paper expounds the specific functions of characters in the narrative process of Red Classics films.Secondly,the use of semiotic matrix analysis of the red classic film binary opposition between the characters,justice and injustice,good and evil,light and darkness,strong and weak class contradictions such as interpretation,highlighting the noble revolutionary hero image.The fourth chapter is about the narrative language of the Red Classics movies in the seventeen years of New China.The uniqueness of this narrative language is manifested in three aspects: image narrative,voice narrative and montage.First of all,the narrative language style of revolutionary realism sublimation is embodied in the red classic film scene scheduling,lens use,light and shadow color three aspects.Secondly,the expression of revolutionary emotions with lofty beauty is embodied in vivid and appropriate music,real and moving sound and simple and vivid voice.Finally,the lofty aesthetic theme of the film and the image of revolutionary heroes are expressed through the combination of contrast,metaphor and repetition of montage.The fifth chapter is about the value and significance of the Red Classics movies in the seventeen years of New China.Combining with the previous chapters of the Red Classics movies in the seventeen years of New China,this paper explores the significance of the Red Classics movies to history and real life.First of all,the red classic film has the artistic value of revolutionary history writing,and the people's characteristics and lofty thoughts and feelings embodied in it play an important role in the history of Chinese film and world film.Secondly,the people in the 1950 s and 1960 s have the inspiration of revolutionary beliefs,at present,the inheritance of revolutionary spirit in Red Classics movies has important social significance for the promotion of national literacy and the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping.Therefore,the use of lofty narrative strategy of the New China seventeen years red classic films,for the creation of film and television works has theoretical guidance and inspiration.Conclusion,reflection on the narrative strategy of the Red Classics movies and the prospect of future creation.The defect of the narrative strategy of the Red Classics movies lies in therepression of gender narrative and the characterization and simplification of characters.In the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping,reconstructing the red narrative and inheriting the red gene are the direction of future efforts of filmmakers.
