The opera version "Song of Youth" is a national opera created by Peking University Opera Research Institute in 2009 based on the novel "Song of Youth" published by famous Chinese writer Yang Mo in 1958.It was written for the 60 th anniversary of the founding of New China.The duet "Song of Youth" is the biggest highlight of the whole opera music creation.The theme song runs through the whole opera and plays a key role in promoting the development of the whole opera story.This article starts with a brief introduction to the opera "Song of Youth" and the synopsis of the story,giving a brief introduction to the background of the opera.Then,on the basis of the analysis of the music noumenon of the duet "Song of Youth",the singing of the duet "Song of Youth" is studied from the aspects of role psychology,singing form,singing skills and emotional processing.
