Over the years,a major topic of discussion in our society has been employment.Difficulties in employment are a common problem,and special groups with disabilities are vulnerable groups in front of the employment army.To master a skill,it becomes a life-saving straw for the hearing impaired.For the hearing-impaired students,their physiological specificity determines the dominant position of the art curriculum in vocational education.However,in the process of the implementation of vocational education and art education,both theoretical research and practical operation,both are just The development in their respective fields has not been well integrated and there are no relevant research literatures.This has led to a series of problems such as professional misappropriation,unsatisfied learning,and students' lack of interest,which cannot truly promote the development of hearing impaired students and improve students' development.The level of employment and employment choices,to achieve "equal participation,opportunities to share" employment situation.This article takes the deaf-mute school in Shaoxing City as an example to analyze the reasons and significance of the topic selection,and sort out the current development status of vocational education and art education under the employment target.At the same time,it also conducts corresponding research ideas,methods and methods for the development of this study.To achieve the construction of the research framework of this paper,we define the related concepts involved in this study.Combined with the employment situation,the status quo of the development and implementation of the two major sections of vocational education and art education that affect the employment of students with hearing impairment were analyzed and analyzed in depth,from the professional layout of professional education,curriculum planning,and the status quo and occupation of existing faculty.The education and employment environment waits until the fine-tuning of the talents in the art curriculum,curriculum setting and occupational needs,teaching status(teaching materials,teacher status,curriculum reform research),and explains the necessity and feasibility of the art curriculum reform based on the analysis of the situation.Data analysis and questionnaire surveys focused on the development of school-based textbooks,the transformation of teaching concepts,the improvement of teachers' role transformation and capabilities,the multi-party cooperation emphasis on the concept of art education,and the formation of a pattern consistent with hearing-impaired students' learning interest.The countermeasures for the reform of the art curriculum proposed research opinions.The purpose is to improve the art education curriculum system,combine employment targets and the status quo of vocational education,analyze and reform its curriculum with real data and interviews,and maximize the pertinence and application of fine arts teaching in the deaf schools so that students can learn The professional knowledge of the fine arts can be effectively integrated with the overall accomplishment and promoted in a steady manner.After the students with hearing impaired enter the society,they have strong professional adaptability in the employing unit,and the ability to relearn,re-create,and re-employ,in addition to receiving government remedies.,Actively welcome the pace of rapid development of the community,and ultimately achieve the all-round development of hearing impaired students.
