In response to the requirements of the information technology era,lifelong learning has become an increasingly significant and mature topic of discussion in its area.The importance of autonomous learning,an important influencing factor based on lifelong learning theory,is becoming more and more obvious.For this reason,the author found that scholars have carried out a large number of researches on the relevant conditions for the formation of autonomous learning under different learning environments on this basis through studying plenty of outstanding achievements.In addition,on the basis of reading a lot of documents and literatures,it is found that the research on autonomous learning behavior and learning motivation has become the research focus of outstanding scholars at home and abroad in this area.Different scholars have analyzed a lot on the correlation.According to most of the research results,learning motivation have a certain impact on promoting the formation of autonomous learning behavior.Since the Second Language Motivation Self-System Theory became the latest theory in the motivation area after 2005,many outstanding scholars at home and abroad have begun to carry out many researches on it.It was proved in the research of scholar Liu Fengge in China so as to prove the effectiveness of this theory among Chinese students.Since then,the researches on this theory has also related to a large number of aspects,among which scholars at home and abroad have also done a lot of researches on students' Second Language Motivation Self-System Theory and students' autonomous learning behavior.The research results also show that there is a positive correlation between the second language motivation self-system and students' autonomous learning behavior.However,when analyzing and researching the research results of outstanding scholars at home and abroad,it is found that the research objects in this area in China are mostly concentrated in college students and even postgraduate students.At the same time,there are few researches on middle school students who are younger and have shorter learning periods.In consideration of this,on the basis of relevant theories,the author employed the methods of questionnaire survey and classroom observation to investigate some questions.1)The current situation of second language motivation self-motivation.2)The autonomous learning behavior of a high school student in Hanzhong.3)Is there a correlation between high school students' Second Language Motivated Self and their autonomous English learning ability? If there is a specific dimension?Meanwhile,the scholar used Spss24.0 and Excel to draw the following conclusions by sorting out and analyzing the collected data:(1)The current situation of the second language motivation self-system of the high school students in Hanzhong is generally at a low level;(2)The current situation of the second language motivation self-system of the high school students in Hanzhong is generally at a medium level;(3)There is obviously a positive correlation between the second language motivation selfsystem and the foreign language autonomous learning behavior of the students.The higher the second language motivation self-system of the students is,the higher their autonomous learning behavior is.Among them,the second language learning experience has a high correlation with autonomous learning behavior,followed by the second language ideal of the students.However,there is no obvious correlation between second language and the autonomous learning behavior of the students.Aimed at the above research results,the author also puts forward the following suggestions for front-line teachers who teach English:(1)Shape the Ideal L2 self reasonably in teaching;(2)Create positive second language learning experiences in teaching;(3)Broaden the understanding of the students of English practicability during English learning;(4)Enhance the confidence of the students in English learning.Besides,the author also proposes the limitations and shortcomings in this study,and thus make more theoretical and practical value in the future research.
