A Chronicle Of Huang Juezi's Life

Huang Juezi(1793-1853),the word Decheng,No.Shuzhai,Yihuang in Jiangxi.Daoguang three-year Jinshi(1823),famous politician of Qing Dynasty During his tenure as an official,Huang Juezi not only cared about the sufferings of people's livelihood,but also dared to speak up.He often expressed his views on national affairs,and in particular he repeatedly spoke out against the dangers of opium and advocated the ban on smoking.He is not only a politician,but also quite accomplished in literary creation.The study of Huang Juezi's life not only helps restore his wonderful life,but also enables him to understand his poems and political thoughts more fully.At the same time,it provides a reference for the study of the official singing and friendship in the mid-Qing Dynasty,the political environment at that time,and the social atmosphere.At present,although research on Huang Jiezi's life has made some achievements,there is still a lot of space for research,especially the lack of a more detailed and systematic chronology that reflects his life as the research basis.In view of this,the author has carefully reviewed Huang Juezi's literary works,read poetry collections,local chronicles,historical books and other relevant materials,and reviewed the life,friendship,and writing of Huang Juezi,in order to add to the academic circle.During this period,the Qing government was poisoned by opium smoke.Huang Juozi presented to the Emperor Daoguang in 1834 and 1835 "Comprehensive Nuclear Names" and "Respect for Chen and Chen Shishu",and said that opium was a national cancer.In the eighteenth year of Daoguang,he presented "Strictly Stop Leaking and Cultivating the Country's Basic Sparseness",and advocated "rehabilitation of smoking" to resist the import of opium.In the 19th to 21st years of Daoguang,Huang Juezi went to Henan,Fujian,and Zhejiang provinces to investigate gangsters,coastal defense,and opium problems.In the twenty-three years of Daoguang,Huang Juezi was dismissed because of a shortfall in the bank's vault.Xianfeng three years,he died in the capital,was sixty-one.Through the years,it was discovered that Huang Juezi's literary activities were mainly concentrated in the period of officialdom and friendship.He has participated in the activities of "Jianting Yaji" and "Xuannan Poetry Society",and most of his political and literary knowledge at that time Talent.They sing and give gifts,have a close friendship,and write a large number of poems,which are included in "The Early Years of Xianping Book House" and "Records of First Book of Xianping Book House".Huang Juezi recorded his life and historical history in his poems,which helps us understand the inner world and spiritual outlook of his contemporary poets.At the same time,from these poems,we can see that Huang Juezi's friends admired him and the trajectories of many literati at that time,which provided supplementary materials for studying literary activities among literati and enriched Jiangxi literature.
