A Research On Landscape Pastoral Lyrics In Tang Dynasty

Landscape and pastoral is one of the expressive contents of traditional Chinese literature.Through the description of the fresh and natural landscape,the author shows his love and yearning for nature and presents a fresh and lively style on the whole.In the tang dynasty,there appeared a large number of lyrics describing the landscape and pastoral,which became an important part of the landscape pastoral literature and had an important influence on the development of the landscape pastoral literature.According to the author’s statistics,there are about 200 works describing the landscape and pastoral scenery in the tang dynasty,which belong to the early form of landscape pastoral lyrics.This paper will be divided into four chapters to discuss the development and evolution of landscape pastoral lyrics in the tang dynasty.The first chapter mainly discusses the development of the theme of landscape and pastoral and the early forms of expression.In the wei and jin dynasties,landscape and pastoral began to merge with each other due to their spiritual purses and gradually formed a unified school.In the tang dynasty "jiao fang qu",there are some names describing nature and life,which contain the early form of landscape pastoral lyrics.The second chapter mainly discusses the works describing the idyllic scenery in dunhuang songs.The author praises the natural landscape and happy daily life with his sincere emotion.In addition,there are also works describing the reclusive life in dunhuang songs,which are quite with the leisure and elegant mood of literati and have an important influence on the landscape pastoral lyrics.The third chapter is to analyze the development of landscape pastoral lyrics after the middle tang dynasty.In the middle tang dynasty,literati began to take theinitiative to imitate folk tunes and create some works describing landscape scenery and customs,showing literati sentiment in lyrics.In the late tang and the five dynasties period,lyricist also created some works depicting the southern landscape,and they also wrote pioneering descriptions of rural life in the lyrics,which pushed the development of landscape pastoral lyrics to a climax and had an important impact on the later generations.The fourth chapter will make a comparative analysis of the similarities and differences between the works of the tang dynasty and the song dynasty.Compared with those of the tang dynasty,the works of the song dynasty are very similar in content and overall style,and have further development The author will discuss from three aspects:basic content,creation style and ideological feelings.
