When individuals enter adolescence,their body and mind develop rapidly,especially their self-consciousness is enhanced,they become more self-image conscious,afraid of negative evaluation from others and prone to negative emotions.In the process of individual growth,due to the interaction of multiple factors,they may have anxiety,depression,suicidal tendency and other psychological problems,which affect the physical and mental health of individuals.Frustration tolerance is a relatively stable psychological quality displayed by individuals when facing setbacks,and is of great significance to the development of individuals.Based on the investigation of the current situation of high school students' negative evaluation fear and frustration tolerance,this study carried out a group counseling course to alleviate the negative evaluation fear and improve the frustration tolerance of high school students.Using the Concise Negative Evaluation Fear Scale and the high school students' Frustration Tolerance Questionnaire,a high school student in suixi county,huaibei city,anhui province was tested to explore the current situation and the relationship between high school students' negative evaluation fear and frustration tolerance.On this basis,40 subjects were selected and randomly divided into two groups on average.The intervention group was given 8 group auxiliary courses,while the control group was given no intervention measures.After the course,the intervention group was posttested and the data results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.The conclusion of the study is as follows:(1)the negative evaluation fear score of high school students is significantly higher than the norm,and there is a significant difference in the grade variables.The negative evaluation fear score of high school students is significantly lower than that of high school students and high school students.There is no significant difference in the variables of gender,family location,whether the child is the only child or whether the child is the class leader.(2)high school students' resistance to frustration is at a medium level.The total scores of high school students' resistance to frustration were significantly different in gender,grade and whether they were in class or not.(3)there is a significant negative correlation between high school students' negative evaluation fear and the total score and some dimensions of resistance to frustration,and the negative evaluation fear can negatively predict the resistance to frustration.(4)the implementation of group-assisted courses to alleviate the fear of negative evaluation on high school students had significant effects,and the frustration resistance level of the intervention group was significantly improved.
