Research On The Healthy And Beneficial Culture Of Peasants Under The Background Of Rural Vitalization Strategy

“Healthy and beneficial Culture” was first proposed in the report of the 16 th National Congress of the Party.In this report of the 16 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on the construction of democratic culture.The report clearly required that: “To exploit advanced culture,support healthy and beneficial culture,strive to reform backward culture,determine to boycott rotten culture.”In 2018,it is pointed out in the “Opinions of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee on the Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy” that to prosper Rural Cultures.We must “adhere to the dominant position of peasant” “to inherit and develop the outstanding traditional culture in rural areas”,and “support the inheritance and development of outstanding opera arts,minority cultures,and folk culture in rural areas.” The practice shows that it is the consistent requirement of strong socialist cultural construction to exploit advanced culture,support healthy and beneficial culture,strive to reform backward culture,determined to boycott rotten culture.The healthy and beneficial culture run by peasant is of great significance to strengthen the construction of rural culture and carry out the Rural Revitalization Strategy smoothly.To revitalize rural areas,the first step is to revitalize the culture.Through achieving the revitalization of rural culture,which to give rural life a sense of value,happiness.So as to stimulate people willing to live in the rural areas,and put it into practice for the revitalization of the rural areas.In order to the revitalize the rural culture,the issue of cultural supply must be addressed.The core is how to achieve effective cultural supply and to improve the quality and efficiency of cultural supply.In ruralsociety,the healthy and beneficial peasant culture is widely welcomed.It shows the creativity and initiative of peasant and which is the "endogenous" force of rural cultural construction.This kind of culture does not cost much.However as it is rooted in daily life,easy to be accepted and influential which demonstrated effective supply of culture mostly.In recent years,peasant from all kind of rural areas are increasingly active in health and beneficial culture,becoming an essential form of rural cultural life and a significant carrier and path of rural cultural construction.This thesis is based on the theory of existing rural cultural construction and study of the peasant culture.Combined with the investigation of more than ten counties around Yongzhou city,author discussed the current theoretical issues related to the healthy and beneficial peasant’s culture,current situation and existing problems.
