With the development of the market and the increase in the industry and commercial competition that non-profit organizations such as art gallery face,marketing concept has crept into the field of Art Museum.Taking “the study on the adolescent audience of public gallery in non-profit marketing” as the central theme,The theoretical research and interdisciplinary approach,with the "4C" theory,from the perspective of integrated marketing for nonprofit organization marketing in perspective,Through market segments the Audience groups of art gallery from the perspective of the non-profit organization marketing,it reveals that the gallery should play the role of business operator,in addition to the promotion and dissemination of art and culture.Expand the education of the adolescent audience in art and other aspects through public education,and achieve the fundamental purpose of serving the society by self marketing service.This article is divided into three parts,mainly based on four aspects of the adolescent audience and the non-profit organization: the first part expounds it is necessary of non-profit organizations to marketing from multiple Angle;the second part expounds the necessity of NPO marketing needs from multiple angles;the third part embarks from the cognitive and thinking characteristics of youth groups,analyzes the young audience the group to visit the art gallery in the process of visitors' motivation and behavior,as well as the analysis of the investigation summary;the fourth part embarks from the non-profit organization marketing concept,the development of the times,combined with the domestic and foreign outstanding art museum(Museum of Fine Arts in Hubei Art Museum and the French part as an example,the author has visited in February 2017 the Le Louvre Museum in Paris of France,the Orsay Museum,in the art museum and the Pompidou Arts Center)for young audience product The case of various marketing strategies were adopted such as how to develop education function of the gallery more effective in the adolescent audience,how to cultivate more and more comprehensive audience in the future for museums,and how to improve the quality ofnational knowledge levels.
