As an inevitable group in the process of education,students with learning difficulties often suffer from such relative lags as in learning ability caused by various external and subjective factors,including family,society elements as well as individual learning methods and strategies.Students with leaning difficulties have brought such challenges to teachers as teaching methods and teachers' personal competence.But in fact,as long as the problem of students with learning difficulties is guided by teachers'effective methods and the root causes of their problems are found,then teachers can take targeted measures to address their issues and eventuallly assist them to achieve tangible improvemnets.Entering high school,many students find it hard to adapt themsevles to the rapid and efficient school life and have difficulty in mastering the key leaning points.Such problems may accumulate when those students are ignored by their teachers,which may further hinder the comprehensive development and improvement of their learning abilities.This paper conducts the research on students with learning difficuties from the perspective of inclusive education and the principle of teaching equality.To help students with learning difficulties to achieve the transformation in all respects,taking inclusive education as the entry point,this paper proposes targeted and specific solutions to the transformation of high school English students with learning difficulties through a systematic and scientific conversion method.In this study,the author organically combines the methods of empirical research on the basis of theoretical research,and chooses the students with English learning difficulties in Senior High School of Guiyang Lewan International Experimental School as the research object.Through the questionnaire survey,the author analyzes their basic situation,and understands the current learning situation of the students with English learning difficulties in senior high school,that is,the phenomenon of the students with English learning difficulties is prominent,the gap between the students with English learning difficulties in senior three is obvious,and the boys are more exclusive of English learning than the girls.There is a lack of systematic English learning methods for the students with learning difficulties.The students with learning difficulties are basically at the stage of not solid foundation.The students with learning difficulties have the basic state of positive transformation willingness.On this basis,we should actively explore and study the specific causes that affect the formation of the current senior high school students with learning difficulties,including four factors:individual,social,family and school,to understand the impact of learning difficulties on English The main factors of language learning;at the same time,based on the basic requirements of inclusive education,find out the methods and Countermeasures for the successful transformation of the students with learning difficulties,including encouraging the students with learning difficulties to have a positive attitude,building reflection and summary thinking;paying attention to the adolescent groups in senior high school,enriching psychological guidance;changing the traditional "score" awareness,building a composite evaluation mechanism;ensuring the participation of parents,and establishing parental supervision Supervision group;create a campus atmosphere,build a good campus support;pay attention to the construction of teachers' inclusion,flexibly guide the transformation of students with learning difficulties and other ways to establish good conditions for English learning of students with learning difficulties,improve the English learning level of students with learning difficulties in the school,and gradually reduce the proportion of students with learning difficulties in senior high school.
