On "Artistic Conception Expression" In Public Art

With the rise and spread of the public art trend,more and more artists and the public have participated in this art festival.Public art with its "public" characteristics in a broader space to provide the public with spiritual satisfaction,while improving the public’s aesthetic ability and perception of art.The functions of public art,such as education,decoration and so on,have shown practical value at present and have broad prospects for development.Through the combination of public art and the culture of the times,a powerful artistic storm has swept the world.Public art can not only provide aesthetic benefits for the public,but also condense local spiritual civilization,beautify the urban environment,construct a new form of urban culture,promote economic prosperity and awaken national identity.How to brand the global public art with the brand of China and make it have the unique cultural connotation and the support of the theoretical system is the origin of the "artistic conception" of public art proposed in this paper.The theory of "artistic conception" in China is interlinked with the internal thinking of public art to create a theoretical system of public art with Chinese cultural characteristics and carry out the practice of Chinese public art under the guidance of this system.The main contents of this paper are as follows: in the first part,the factors suitable for the development of Chinese public art are explored by analyzing the current development trend and environment of Chinese public art.The second part,from a deep perspective,analyzes the main composition of the public art "artistic conception" and the closely related cultural and social background,and explores the spiritual status of the public art "artistic conception" in the society and the deeper spiritual theme.The third part,from the perspective of creation,analyzes the law of artistic conception in the creation of public art.The last part puts forward the difference and connection between different "artistic conception" in public art.The goal of this paper is based on the actual background of the development of current Chinese public art investigation and analysis,the traditional "artistic conception" is blended in among them,given China’s public art more specific and unique spiritual support,and as a foundation,for the construction of Chinese national culture property of the public art theory system must be explored.
