Massively multiplayer online role-playing games(mmorpgs)have attracted millions of players over the past decade and have long held a high market share as one of the classic game genres.However,this type of game is quite different from traditional video games in that players have a lot of interaction with other players in MMORPG.One of the main game motivations for MMORPG players is to get friends.Game designers also try to optimize the design of social functions in the actual game design and operation.Thus,the social experience of players is an important indicator of whether MMORPG players are enjoying the game.However,there is still a lack of research on social experience of MMORPG in China,so the research on social experience of MMORPG has important theoretical significance and practical value.On the basis of literature review,this paper proposes the definition of MMORPG social experience.Through interviews and open questionnaire combination of refining the MMORPG dimension of social experience,compiled the MMORPG social experience of preliminary survey questionnaire,and to the world of warcraft jx online three "final fantasy 14 games such as" 530 players were investigated,then the item analysis and exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,test,reliability and validity of the formation of the final MMORPG social experience questionnaire,the results show that the questionnaire can satisfies the basic demands of geodesy,reflects the characteristics of MMORPG players social experience.Finally,the questionnaire was initially used to investigate several popular MMORPG games and to measure the relationship between MMORPG social experience and user behaviors(actual payment amount,login frequency and login time)and user attitudes(game satisfaction,consumption intention and recommendation intention)that enterprises pay attention to.Specific conclusions are as follows:(1)the structure of MMORPG players' social experience is multi-dimensional,including seven dimensions:competition,cooperation,responsibility,intimacy,sense of belonging,recognition and friendliness.(2)the MMORPG social experience scale compiled in this paper has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a measurement tool for MMORPG players' social experience.(3)preliminary application of social experience.The scores of female subjects on the dimensions of "intimacy" and "friendliness" were significantly higher than that of male subjects.Participants of world of warcraft and sword net iii scored significantly higher in the "competition" dimension than those of final fantasy 14,while participants of world of warcraft scored significantly higher in the "sense of responsibility" dimension than those of final fantasy 14."Cooperation" and "responsibility" have significant influence on the frequency of login;Games with different payment methods have differences in the relationship between the social experience of the subjects and their actual consumption and consumption intention.
