The Formation And Evolution Of Texturing Method

Texturing method is a sign of the development and maturity of landscape painting.The different attitudes of each generation of landscape painters towards nature and tradition lead to the creation and evolution of texturing method.During the Five Dynasties,texturing method appeared and the at Song Dynasty developed rapidly.Texturing method is the brushes and ink shapes that ancient people according to different landforms,which was created to show different geological.Since texturing method appeared,it has been constantly evolving,and a variety of new texturing methods have begun to appear in modern Chinese wash painting.Since the new century,more and more artists have begun to think about how to draw nutrients from the traditional texturing method and draw on the experience of the ancients,so as to make the traditional texturing method better combine with the era and evolve a new texturing method that can be close to the essence,close to life and reflect the time.This paper first analyzes how texturing method is interpreted in the historical development of landscape paintings.Then the development status of contemporary texturing is clarified and how texturing method of the ancients affects the painting creation and ideological evolution of modern ink paintings is analyzed,also the evolution of contemporary texturing method with the example of contemporary painter sketching is analyzed.Finally,taking my own work as an example,how to create a new texturing method in the process of sketching by taking the contemporary texturing method as the core and the ancient texturing method as the breakthrough point is analyzed.
