Research On The Cooperation Mechanism Of S Schools For Music Education

Nowadays,the internationalization trend of music education development is more and more obvious,and the school-enterprise cooperation school as a leap forward course of music education plays an indispensable role in the development of music education in China.School-enterprise cooperation in running schools is a new form of education that introduces the educational concepts,teaching content and methods of advanced enterprises at home and abroad,and employs first-line workers.It plays a leading role in cultivating international advanced talents in hina.This paper is based on the problems in the school-enterprise education for music education.Based on the school-enterprise cooperation between S College and the international U music organization,the research on the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism is launched.This paper firstly uses the system management of human beings in organizational behavior,and the systematic management theory of human and material,solves the difficulties of S-college policy and tax law,and makes breakthrough progress;then uses the data model.And the linear programming method in the basic theory of decision-making,analyzes the state's strategic layout significance of music education,and the general trend of domestic music education.As an important data indicator,it strengthens the confidence of the cooperation between schools and enterprises;finally,the use of marketing The target market strategy,through the market segmentation variables,target market selection and differential positioning,allows S College to choose music engineering technology as a "pilot" for cooperation in school-enterprise cooperation.Based on the above theoretical research,S College and the International U Music Institute have developed a "level-by-level credit system" teaching system that meets the needs of both parties.In the teaching,bold use of the "workshop" music curriculum model and the open "technical exchange meeting" "The model,this series of innovative collaboration mechanisms,has allowed S College to succeed in school-enterprise cooperation for music education.
