Study On The Role Of Kunshan Municipal Government In The Revitalization Of Rural Culture

The problems of rural,agricultural and farmer have always been very important problems in China's economic and social development.Since the economic reform and open up,social,economic and cultural progress has been made and the process of urbanization has been constantly promoted,the role of rural cultural construction in solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers has been paid more and more attention.In particular,with the comprehensive proposal of "rural revitalization strategy",the construction of rural culture is gradually moving towards the revitalization of rural culture.At present,Kunshan mainly promotes rural cultural construction in policy and financial support,construction of public cultural facilities,development of cultural activities,exploration of traditional cultural resources,construction of rural civilization and exploration of innovative development mode.However,compared with the new requirements of rural revitalization and the realistic difficulties faced by the revitalization of rural culture in Kunshan,the role of Kunshan municipal government in the revitalization of rural culture is still very limited.There are problems in planning,guiding,cultural affairs management,utilization and protection of traditional cultural resources.The main reasons for these problems include inadequate ideological understanding,unclear responsibility positioning,insufficient execution of roles and defects in talent team construction.Through literature review,investigation and interview,induction and other research methods,this paper uses government theory,rural governance theory and cultural identity theory to summarize and analyze the experience and inspiration of domestic and foreign rural revitalization practices and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the role of Kunshan municipal government in rural cultural revitalization.The first is to change ideas and do the revitalization planning rural culture;Secondly,it is people oriented and guides to establish farmers' cultural consciousness and self-confidence.The third is to define the orientation and build a new model of rural cultural affairs governance;Fourth,integrate resources and promote the creative transformation of traditional cultural resources.
