The Study On Rural Culture Construction Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The strategy of Rural Revitalization put forward by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is a major strategy based on the task of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way and trying to solve a series of problems still existing in the current rural construction.Culture is the soul of Rural Revitalization.The prosperity and development of rural culture in the new era is the urgent demand of rural residents for a better life.It is of great significance to promote rural revitalization and realize rural modernization.Based on this,this paper selects 12 villages in Qiji towns of Shanxi Province as the research object,and uses the methods of literature survey and questionnaire survey to investigate the specific situation of cultural construction.It finds that there are still problems such as monotonous lack of public cultural services,disappearing of characteristic cultural resources,prominent abnormal cultural consumption,low efficiency of cultural management,and still the bad wind in rural areas Question.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes the main factors restricting the cultural construction in this area from the aspects of ideological understanding,relevant government systems,rural cultural construction mechanism,the development of rural cultural industry,and rural cultural construction talent team,etc.,and then improves the cultural construction awareness of the main body of rural cultural construction,strengthens the relevant system guarantee,promotes the innovation of relevant mechanisms,and plays the role of rural culture Starting from the perspective of industrial support,cultivation and building of relevant talents,and combining with the successful cases of cultural construction in other regions,this paper specifically points out the main path of cultural construction in the town under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
