Since the 20th century,the archaeological excavation of bamboo slips and silk books has made the current calligraphy research continue to deepen.Especially in recent years,the discovery of bamboo slips in the Western Han Dynasty has provided new ink materials for the study of the evolution of the form of official script in the Western Han Dynasty.According to the characteristics of bamboo slips,this paper roughly divides them into two categories:the early Western Han Dynasty and the middle-late Western Han Dynasty.Taking the three ancient manuscripts of Laozi in the Western Han Dynasty as clues,this paper analyzes the different forms of these three manuscripts,namely,the free and cursory,the stable and conservative,and the standardized official script.Then,the paper makes a horizontal comparison of other official documents on silk and bamboo in the same period and makes an in-depth study of the stage characteristics of official documents on silk and bamboo in the early and middle-late Western Han Dynasty.Finally,it discusses the writing factors that affect the form of official script on silk and bamboo around three ancient books of Laozi.
