The advancement of mobile computing technology and various information terminals has greatly promoted the development of mobile learning platforms.Online learning as a new educational mode gradually gains its popularity.However,the numerous online learning platforms still face many problems such as user's unacceptability,satisfaction,and low usage rate.At present,there is still no systematic research on how to facilitate the behavioral analyses of mobile learning users and the decision making in marketing.This article will analyze the perspective of platform and user perception to explore the factors that affect the usage willingness.The research content includes the following three parts:(1)Constructing a model for influencing factors of users' willingness to use continuously on mobile learning platforms: Based on the acceptance and use of Unified Integration Theory(UTAUT)in information systems technology,the article combines the mobile situation and the theory of flow experience to construct a model for influencing factors of users' willingness to use continuously on mobile learning platforms,and make relevant assumptions.(2)Complete the empirical analysis of the theoretical model.And the sample data of the user's usage willingness was obtained through questionnaires.Based on 328 sample data,structural equation modeling(SEM)is used to explore the reliability and validity of the measurement model,the structural model path relationship,the model adaptation degree,etc.,to obtain various factors affecting the platform used by users,and The mechanism of action on the user.(3)The sample size is 328 according to the questionnaries collected.The reliability and the validity of the model,structural model path relationship,and model adaptability are analyzed by SEM approach.Suggestion on promoting continuous use are given according to the findings.(3)Complete the analysis of the factors affecting the use willingness of mobile learning users,on the basis of model fitting and data analysis.Using the path analysis function of AMOS software,the relevant parameters are calculated by the maximum likelihood estimation method,the simulation path and interpretation ability of the model are analyzed,and the causal relationship between potential variables is verified.The innovation of this paper is to establish a user willingness model for mobile learning,which verifies the impact of user's heartbeat experience on user willingness under the mobile context factor,and solves the problem of insufficient traditional single model explanatory power.The research methods and conclusions have certain reference and promotion value for the research of user willingness of various mobile learning platforms.This study analyze the factors influencing the users' continuance intention and willingness to use in terms of online education by theoretical analyses and empirical study.
