This paper applies mobile learning APP to the extracurricular learning of spoken English in secondary vocational schools,and chooses English fluency as the experimental APP.Under the background of "Internet era",the rapid development of wireless communication technology promotes the popularization of mobile terminal devices,speeds up the information process of education,and brings new feelings and experiences to people's learning.Language learning pays attention to language learning environment,real language environment and practical use.Language environment is divided into classroom and extracurricular.The classroom environment attaches importance to the training of reading and writing skills,neglects listening and speaking skills,and has limited classroom time.The teacher's energy is limited,efficient extracurricular learning can make up for the lack of classroom learning,better take care of each student,the effect of oral English learning has a positive impact.With the development of mobile communication technology,mobile learning APP has become an ideal way of extracurricular learning.Mobile learning APP plays an important role in the extracurricular learning of spoken English with its abundant learning resources,autonomous learning time and learning location.This paper takes "fluent English" as an example to study the application and effect of mobile learning APP in secondary vocational English extracurricular learning.(1)In this paper,we summarize the current research situation,theoretical basis,mobile learning,extracurricular learning and other related concepts in CNKI.Combing the research of mobile learning APP in extracurricular learning,this paper provides a theoretical and practical basis for this study.(2)The present situation of extracurricular English speaking and the application of APP in mobile learning were investigated with the students of 17 th in the second Vocational and Secondary Vocational School.The survey results are analyzed and summarized from three levels: students,parents and teachers.Based on the needs and feasibility analysis of the application of mobile learning APP to extracurricular learning,according to the theoretical basis of mobile learning,the paper designs the case of mobile learning APP in extracurricular learning,including preparation,basic criteria and tool selection.Evaluate the design.(3)Conducted an experimental study on the application of Mobile Learning APP,represented by English fluency,in spoken English learning in secondary vocational schools.Spss analysis was carried out on the results of three questionnaires on students' pre-and post-test scores of oral English,students' interest in English learning,students' autonomous learning ability and students' self-assessment consciousness and ability.This paper evaluates the application of mobile learning APP to extracurricular English learning in vocational schools.(4)summing up the conclusion of this paper from three levels of students,parents and teachers,expounding the innovation points and shortcomings,and putting forward the prospect.
