| Sergei Rachmaninoff was assembling the characteristics of the late romantic period.His music composition covers a wide range of musical fields,including vocal music,symphony music,piano and more,among which piano music is the most outstanding and far-reaching influence.By taking the fourth piece of early masterpiece the six Moments of music as an example,we analyzed Rachmaninoff’s composing techniques and playing skills in piano music.This well-known Piano Pieces earned admiration of performers by its surging melody and rich connotation.The "Moments of music" occupies an important place in Rachmaninoff’s works,and the analysis of this work helps us get a deeper understanding of Rachmaninoff,and certainly offers guiding significance for our performance of the fourth piece.This paper is divided into three parts: the first part introduced Rachmaninoff’s lifetime,analyzed the background and composer’s personal situation at that time,explored the influence of environmental factors on the composer and analyzed the creation background and influence of "Moments of music".The second part analyzed its creation characteristics,and made a comprehensive study and summary of the structure lines,tonality and harmony,rhythm and beats,so as to get a more three-dimensional and vivid understanding of the work;The third part analyzed the playing techniques,proposed and solved the technical difficulties in this piece.In addition,interpreted its emotional processing,and offered further help for a more deeply understanding of the work’s connotation,as well as the final performance. |
