Study On Monetary And Financial Policies During The Reign Of Fengshi Group

The monetary and financial policies of the fengshi group were based on the fact that zhang zuolin was appointed as the military governor and governor of fengtian in the fifth year of the republic of China(1916)until the "September 18 th incident" launched by Japan in the 20 th year of the republic of China(1931).During this period,the financial problems faced by fengji group and the fluctuation of currency prices were taken as the base point to investigate the effects of monetary policies implemented by fengji group.Serve system group in northeast area to implement monetary policy,such as reissued currency policy and adjust interest rates on deposits and so on),and changing the standard,which based on the analysis to serve is the evolution of the group of monetary policy,from stable to expand to rectify and stability),so that we know and serve system group come to the monetary and financial policy is not only the important aspect of local governance in department of group,and also with the service department of the group financial relationship is very close,so the research during the serve system group implement monetary policy,to promote the development of three provinces in northeast region economy has very important significance.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the northeast monetary and financial situation around 1916.This part mainly analyzes and expounds the social and economic situation,the monetary and financial situation of the three northeast provinces,and the monetary and financial situation of Japan and Russia in the northeast.The second chapter is the monetary and financial policies of the fengxi group.This part mainly narrates the monetary policies formulated in the northeast financial period(1916--1921),the monetary policies in the fiscal expansion period of fengxi group(1922--1925),the monetary policies in the financial period(1926--1928)and the monetary and financial policies in the northeast financial period(1928-1931)under the leadership of zhang xueliang.The third chapter is the characteristics of monetary policy in the reign of fengxi group.This part is through the above monetary policy formulation and get the relevant characteristics.Chapter four is the evaluation of monetary policy of fengxi group.The historical function of this policy in northeast China was evaluated.
