Research On Cross Border Cooperation Of Public Library Cultural And Creative Industries

With the rapid development of China's economy,the people's material living standard has been greatly improved.After people's traditional material consumption is basically satisfied,they begin to pursue higher forms of spiritual consumption.In recent years,the development of cultural industry in public libraries from the perspective of cross-border cooperation has become an important link in the transformation and upgrading of public library services.The domestic and foreign library circles have also made positive responses to this,continuously exploring the path conducive to the development of cross-border cooperation in the cultural industry of public libraries and carrying out relevant practices.Under the background of "double innovation" policy,Chinese governments at all levels have successively promulgated relevant policies and regulations to actively guide the development of cultural and creative industries of public libraries and their cross-border cooperation.From the central level to the local level,from the macro level to the micro level,the relevant laws and documents issued by all levels of government clearly put forward the importance and necessity of cross-border integration of public library literature creation industry.The development of public library's literary creation industry from the perspective of cross-border cooperation requires coordination and cooperation between libraries and institutions or individuals in many fields such as museums,archives,art galleries,publishing houses,cultural and creative companies,writers,designers,etc.This paper focuses on the literature creation industry of public libraries.By summarizing the current practice of cross-border cooperation in literature creation industry of public libraries at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis and practical conditions for the development of cross-border cooperation in literature creation industry of public libraries,which is the new normal of library work.It also makes in-depth analysis of cross-border cooperation in literature creation industry of public libraries by using research methods such as literature survey,empirical research and case analysis.This paper classifies and summarizes the contents and modes of the cross-border cooperation of public library's literary creation industry,and analyzes indetail the favorable conditions and hindering factors for the cross-border cooperation of public library's literary creation industry.It analyzes and summarizes the thoughts,laws,contents and mode innovation,personnel construction and platform construction of the cross-border cooperation of public library's literary creation industry respectively,and tries to find a suitable path for the cross-border development of public library's literary creation industry,so as to promote the sustainable development of innovative services in public libraries.
