A Study On The Singing Of Two Ave Marias

In this paper,the author analyzes two Ave Marias from creating background,melody structure and singing skills,which created by Caccini and Verdi.In order to speculate the composers' writing intention,the different singing style and the different singing skill,the author analyzes composers' life experience and characteristics.Through to research and writing this paper,it will reflect to real singing that combining the artistic background of the song and the vocal music skill.In the history of western music,there are a large number of religious works.It is not usual that the college student choices the Western religious works as singing concert repertoire.They relatively like to choice the "Ave Maria" which created by Verdi,Bach Cournot,Mas Carney,Schubert.Therefore,this paper chooses the typical significance of Caccini's “Ave Maria” of art song and Verdi's “Ave Maria” of opera to analyze the different aspect such as creation background,melody,texture and lyrics.It summarizes the commonness and individuality,understands its musical characteristics and the technical support required for singing,which endows the certain practical significance.
