Influence Of Light And Shadow On The Performance Techniques Of The Features Of Contemporary Chinese Painting Characters

In the traditional Chinese painting,court painters because of their own identity reasons,painting content will involve more portraits,so will pay more attention to the realistic performance of facial features.Through the methods of theoretical analysis,picture analysis,literature review and comparative study,the author finds that some ancient character painters use light and shadow to reproduce the characters' image and set off the characters' spiritual temperament;modern painters use light and shadow to express the characters' form and make the characters' characteristics more obvious;contemporary painters use light and shadow to render the atmosphere of the picture,making the artistic conception of the picture more profound.Since ancient times,all the figure painting works,is the painter to the figure features expression technique concrete use.Contemporary figure painters inherit the traditional painting techniques,integrate the elements of light and shadow in western painting,and innovate them,so that the features of the characters are more real and three-dimensional,thus forming a new style of figure painting creation.Through the analysis,contrast and induction of some Chinese figure paintings,this paper summarizes the different performances and application of light and shadow by different painters in their works,and the facial expression dynamics of characters of different ages will show different painting effects.Then apply these theories,techniques and experiences to their own creative practice,and try to explore their own painting methods and theoretical basis.
