The deconstructionism appeared in the 1860 s and played a vital role in the development of contemporary ceramic art.Decomposition and reconstruction are reflected in many aspects,especially in disintegration and reorganization,stitching and stacking,distortion and deformation.The creative concept also endowed subversive features.By emphasizing non-function,irrationality,non-existence,etc.the deconstructionism promotes the diversity of contemporary ceramic art.With the development,the deconstructionism has brought a significant impact on the artistic form,artistic conception,and methods of artistic ceramic creation.This thesis first outlines the development of contemporary ceramic art and briefly explores the concept,origin,and development of Jacques Derrida's deconstructionism theory.Then,it analyzes the deconstructionism style works of domestic and foreign artists from the perspective of "deconstruction" and "differance".Thirdly,the thesis classifies the typical techniques by interpreting examples.It profoundly elucidates the concepts of deconstructionism such as decomposition,recombination,and differance to study the significance of deconstructionism in the art creation process.In the end,the thesis analyzes the promotion of deconstructionism to ceramic art development,which diversifies the ceramic art language,regenerates,and sublimates the ceramic material.In the meantime,the article will combine the deconstructionism concept to carry on the analysis of my graduation creation.
