Research On The Teaching Of Street Dance Under Competition Scoring System

As a sport,Hip-hop has entered the international sports events,it has a very broad development prospects.With the increase of the scale and types of street dance events,street dance events have been developed continuously,and it has a unique scoring system-And8 scoring system.In 2018,the street dance Breaking became an official event of the youth Olympic Games,and it was announced by the President of the international organizing committee Thomas Bach on June 26,2019 as a provisional sport event of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.In recent years,under the background of the country's opening up and encouraging the development of hip-hop,hip-hop has entered universities and become a professional course.However,compared with the mature teaching system of Chinese dance and ballet,hip-hop,as a new major,still has many problems at present.With the street dance "entering the Olympic Games",and the success of various international street dance competitions and the increasing social status of street dance,more in-depth understanding and analysis of And8 scoring system and its evaluation criteria,the ability and quality requirements that the contestants should have,which is conducive to the starting point to explore its enlightenment to the teaching of street dance.This paper adopts the research methods of literature,video observation,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and interview,from the in-depth analysis of the And8 scoring system,to the analysis of the current situation of hip-hop teaching in colleges and universities,and then from the And8 scoring system to get ideas for the current situation of hip-hop teaching in colleges and universities to put forward Suggestions for improvement.Learn foreign advanced hiphop culture and technology,discard the crudeness and the essence,discard the false and retain the true,in order to improve the technical level of Chinese hiphop movement.The study reached the following conclusions:(1)Breaking belongs to a group of difficulty and beauty-expression of the dominant category of skills.In the training and teaching of Breaking,in addition to the training mode of hip-hop,the teaching and training methods of the dominant category of skills can also be referred to.(2)And8 scoring system makes the judging result of hip-hop dance breaking competition as a relatively objective evaluation while maintaining the artistry of hip-hop itself.It is a scoring system that allows the judges to judge contestants with a more rational attitude.(3)The qualities professional hip-hop dancers should have: good physical fitness,abundant reserves of hip-hop elements and solid basic skills,good understanding and expression of music,creativity,stage and emotional expression,unique personal style and good psychological state.(4)At present,there is a reasonable setting for the amount of professional courses of hip-hop dance in colleges and universities,but there is a lack of diversity in the setting of dance types and it is in a single state.The professional teachers of hip-hop dance in colleges and universities are mostly equipped with one kind of dance corresponding to one teacher.However,from the perspective of dance style,there are some deficiencies,which are not conducive to the development of students' personal style.At the present stage,there are obvious problems in the teaching materials of hip-hop dance in colleges and universities in China.There is a lack of objective,authoritative,systematic and comprehensive teaching materials of hip-hop dance with guiding significance as theoretical guidance.In the content of professional courses,the cultivation of hip-hop teaching ability,hip-hop training and teaching and scientific research ability is still not popular.Most people in the hip-hop dance industry are lack of scientific research ability,while non-hip-hop dance professional scientific researchers are often unable to understand many cultures and problems of hip-hop.Most scientific research achievements are expounded from the professional academic perspective,and cannot be fully implemented into the hip-hop dance major itself.Therefore,it is critical to improve the level of scientific research ability of hip-hop dancers.(5)Although it is not very optimistic about the current teaching status of hip-hop majors in colleges and universities,the support of national policies,the "entry into the Olympics" of hip-hop,the emergence of And8 scoring system,the continuous development of hip-hop events and the wide publicity of mainstream media,these are all indicate that hip-hop will usher in a new era of development in China.
