Modern educational technology is becoming more and more widely used in English writing teaching.On this foundation,the automatic essay scoring system(AES)is supported by cloud computing technology and based on corpus to score students' compositions,which has become the direction and trend of the future development of writing teaching.Although experts and scholars have studied the teaching of automatic essay scoring system(AES)in the teaching of English writing,but the overseas research is based on the native language and the domestic research is mainly based on the theoretical researches,which mainly focus on the application of the college students.At present,junior middle school teaching is also faced with the heavy workload of correcting the composition,and the students' composition correction is not timely feedback.The junior middle school students are in the fundamental stage of learning English writing.In view of this,it is necessary to study and discuss the application of automatic essay scoring system to junior high school English teaching,and then provide effective help and support for junior high school English writing.This study takes the application of automatic essay scoring system pigai as an example,using the method of contrast research.It takes Junior 9 class and 10 class English writing of No.1 Middle School of QD Development Zone as the research object,combining ADDIE teaching mode with automatic essay scoring system pigai to design teaching.Through twelve weeks,students use the pigai to submit their essay as the samples.Through the questionnaire,pre-test and post-test analysis to compares the change of students' writing level.After the experiment,the experimental group students were investigated again.The main problem of research is to solve the following problems: the pigai is the influence of the students' self-efficacy and motivation in English writing;the improvement of the ability of students' autonomous learning by pigai;the improvement of the English writing level of the students by pigai,so as to confirm the effect of the research application.Based on this research,conclusions are as follows.The automatic essay scoring system pigai can effectively solve time-consuming correction and compared with the traditional writing teaching.It improved the students' English writing performance,promote the students' writing ability,stimulate the students' learning motivation and self-efficacy,cultivate their interest and confidence in writing,and train the students' autonomous learning ability.However,in the research find that there are still some shortcomings in the textual structure of correcting,which need to be improved.For example,distractions can distract students' attention in the using pigai.Based on the above conclusions and related theoretical basis,the paper finally puts forward the limitations and inspirations of the automatic essay scoring system applied in this study.
