Bao Yuankai is a well-known composer in China,and has achieved extensive influence in China with his excellent works.Among these outstanding works,a series of works are shown in the form of a combination of traditional Chinese melody and western orchestral music.Bao Yuankai called this series of works "Chinese style",and "Yanhuang Fengqing" is the first piece of the series.."Yanhuang Fengqing" is divided into six movements,each of which consists of four pieces of music,showing the Chinese traditional music in six regions of China.In 1991,Wang Junshi served as the premiere conductor and was successfully staged in Tianjin;in 2006,the People's Music Publishing House first published the score of "Yanhuang Fengqing";in 2012,he was selected into the "Chinese Centennial Music Collection".Since its creation,this excellent work has been successfully performed many times around the world.It is also one of the most popular Chinese works and has been cited in school textbooks.The reason why this work can swept the world and be loved by people from all over the world is that what cannot be ignored is the heritage that our rich folk song heritage brings to this work.Secondly,we add Bao Yuankai's profound composing skills to the traditional folk song heritage Reconstruct it,and use his own artistic ideas to express it in a new form,highlighting Bao Yuankai's unique and ingenious composition skills and artistic ideas.Each piece of music in "Yanhuang Fengqing" is interrelated but independent,and is a model of music creation.This article explains the research method and significance in the introduction.In the main text,it will be divided into four research chapters to analyze "Yanhuang Fengqing".In the first chapter,the author will academically summarize Bao Yuankai's life,sort out relevant materials,and work on Bao Yuankai.Explore the value of music.The second chapter analyzes the composition techniques of harmony,polyphony,and tonality through individual examples of the work "Yanhuang Fengqing".The third chapter is the researchon the characteristics of the orchestration of "Yanhuang Fengqing".It studies how Bao Yuankai reorganizes and interprets the folk songs,especially how the acoustic effect changes after adding Chinese unique paddle drums and castanets.The fourth chapter is the inspiration of the work.By taking the creation of traditional Chinese music materials as an entry point,people can realize what kind of sparks will occur under the collision of traditional culture and Western elements,and provide creative inspiration for later music creation.
