An Ethical Review Of Rural Revitalization In Jiangsu Province

After more than 40 years of great practice in reform and opening up,China has reached a new historical stage.In order to promote the deepening of rural reform and development,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization and made overall arrangements for the work of ‘agriculture,rural areas and farmers',which shows the new landscape and new realm of my country's rural modernization in the new era.The rural revitalization strategy involves many aspects such as economy,politics,culture,and ecology,and is deeply rooted in rural moral culture.It contains the rural moral culture construction and the ecological transformation of ethical relations.The focus on Jiangsu is because Jiangsu has always been at the forefront of the economic and social development of various provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in the country.In-depth research on the ethical implications of Jiangsu's rural revitalization and the full exploration of the moral power of Jiangsu's rural revitalization are not only conducive to the construction of rural areas in the new era of Jiangsu Moral civilization,but also help to enhance the moral consciousness of the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.This article focuses on five aspects around the topic.First,it mainly expounds the basis for selecting the topic,sorts out the domestic and foreign research and development status of the rural revitalization as well as the research purpose and method,and on this basis,explains the value and significance of the topic selection in this article.Second,it analyzes the concept of rural and rural areas,interprets the concept of modern rural areas,explains the basic connotation of rural revitalization and the ethical demands from the country to Jiangsu,and provides a theoretical basis for the following analysis of ethical issues.Third,it focuses on analyzing and revealing the context of rural ethical evolution in Jiangsu and its accompanying ethical issues.By reviewing the inheritance and changes of traditional rural ethics in the rural development process of Jiangsu since modern times,the generation of rural ethics in the context of rural revitalization in the new era,points out the common ethical issues in the conflicts between the interests and moral values in the rural revitalization of Jiangsu,the weak ecological moral consciousness of the subject and the unbalanced development of the ‘three governance'.In addition,through further analysis of the differences in the ethical cultural background,ethical status and value pursuit of the three regions of southern Jiangsu,central Jiangsu,and northern Jiangsu,the ethical issues in different regions of Jiangsu are discussed and their causes are analyzed.Fourth,multidimensional analysis of the causes of Jiangsu's ethical issues from three aspects: the dimension of transformation,the dimension of society,and the dimension of moral culture.Fifth,propose a corresponding solution path based on the problem.Through the research of combining points and planes,this paper believes that,first,rural revitalization in Jiangsu needs to break down regional barriers,transform traditional values with economic benefits as the center,enhance the status of rural moral construction,and enhance the ability and level of ethics;The height of the rural revitalization and the realization of the beautiful Chinese dream establishes the value concept of coordinated development in southern Jiangsu,central Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu;third,taking the new development theory as a guide,it strengthens the publicity and education of ecological ethics,promotes the transformation of ecological modernization of ethics,and puts ‘strong,rich,beautiful and high' and six high-quality development requirements are organically integrated with rural revitalization;Fourth,create a model of ‘three governance integration' of autonomy,the rule of law,and rule of virtue,and lead the cultivation of the new ‘agriculture,rural areas and farmers' through model and example.And to create a soul for the balanced,full and overall development of Jiangsu.
