Thinking Of Ecological Ethics Perspective Rural Pollution Control

With the constant changing of social economy development and the rural areas' situation, rural environmental pollution has become increasingly serious phenomenon, and the ecological environment in rural areas continues to deterioration, which seriously influenced the development of economy and society as well as the living equality of people in rural areas. How we effectively control rural pollution, how to constrain it with the institutional regulations, how to educate and guide people from ethical views, it is the focus of this study.In this paper, basic overview of ecological ethics introduced, briefly explained in the western development, the impact of ecological ethics of human and natural ecological relationship between ethics and environment on human production and life. At the same time provides an overview of rural pollution, pollution rural area wide stage, variety, long aging characteristics analyzed and described in detail the benefits of rural pollution to human production, life brings. Rural identify pollution problems existing in the ethics of sight, and analyze the causes of the problem from four aspects of conscious existence measures, investment and regulation. Propose solutions to the problems of rural pollution to follow basic ethical principles "people-oriented" and "Fairness and justice".
