In our daily language life,the pivotal sentence is a widely used sentence pattern.At the same time,for foreign students,the pivotal sentence is a special sentence pattern,which is the focus and difficulty of language acquisition.This article takes the comprehensive textbooks of Developing Chinese and The Road to Success as research objects.It does statistics and classification of the pivotal sentence in the textbook,analyzes the distribution of various pivotal sentence in the textbooks at all levels,and analyzes the method and content of the explanation of grammar points of the pivotal sentence and the corresponding exercises in the textbook.Try to find out the regularity of textbook how to layout the sentence pattern,and analyze its rationality.At the same time,two methods of questionnaire survey and analysis of corpus were used to investigate the situation of foreign students' acquisition of the pivotal sentences,and analysis of the acquisition errors were made in order to provide some reference opinions for the compose of the pivotal sentence in teaching materials.The entire article has six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainlyintroduces the research object and content,purpose and meaning of this article,related research on the pivotal sentence in modern Chinese and Chinese international education and the research methods used in this article.The second chapter firstly analyzes the implementation of the pivotal sentence listed in the Outline in textbooks of Developing Chinese and Road to Success,and then summarizes the distribution of the sentence pattern in the textbooks.Analyze the types and compare the similarities and differences between the two textbooks in terms of the type of the sentence pattern and use case selection.The third chapter analyzes the explanation and content of the grammatical points of the sentence and the design of the exercises in the two textbooks.The fourth chapter mainly studies the situation of acquisition of the sentence pattern of foreign students.Firstly,the error sentence of foreign students' acquisition is collected through questionnaire survey and investigation of the corpus.And after induction and analysis of error sentences,the order of acquisition is obtained,then the acquisition errors and it's causes are analyzed.The fifth chapter is mainly about the thoughts andsuggestions on the writing of the sentence pattern in the Chinese textbooks for foreigners,based on the investigation of the acquisition and analysis of the textbooks.The sixth chapter is a summary of the main content and innovation of this article,and explains the deficiencies.
