In the theory of reception aesthetics, the reader's subjectivity has always been the core concept of H.Jauss and W.Iser when exploring issues such as the history of literature, the relationship between literature and authors, the relationship between literature and readers, and the relationship between authors and readers. The reader's subjectivity is the spiritual foundation for the reader to establish an interactive relationship with the text in reading activities. It is the source of power for the reader to break and reconstruct the expectation horizon, and is the key awareness for the reader to realize the value of texts self-consciously.The reader-subject does not accept the text passively and negatively, but perform cultural and aesthetic experiences consciously, actively and creatively.Today,in the process of China's modernization, human subjectivity is often blurred in social activities, especially in cultural industry. The status of human beings as subjects is neglected. The autonomous choice is governed. And the spiritual world of human beings is hollow and pale. Therefore,it is significant to explore the role and performances of the reader's subjectivity in the acceptance of Chinese classical poetry. This is conducive for individuals to better play the role of their subjectivity in reading activities and contributes to awaken and strengthen the subjective consciousness of human beings in cultural experience. The reader theory of reception aesthetics was produced and developed in the gestation of many theoretical trends.Among them, the hermeneutics by M.Heidegger and H.-G.Gadamer and phenomenologyby R.Ingarden play the most important role.H.Jauss was more influenced by the former and put forward the theory of expectation horizon.W.Iser benefited more from the latter and proposed reading theory. Both of Zhu Liyuan and Stanley Fish has made some further expansion. From the view of the realistic reader,in the education of Chinese classical poetry in Today's China, such as the early childhood education, the basic education and the mass education by cultural TV programs, the reader's subjectivity reflects differently due to differences in educatees' intelligence levels, life experience and aesthetic experience. As a special kind of readers, translators must squeeze all their energy to complete the interpretation of Chinese classical poetry.Compared with ordinary readers, the role of their reading subjectivity are more obvious and closer to the ideal reader. An Analysis of the in-depth reading and innovative interpretation of Chinese classical poetry by representative figures like Yang Xianyi,Dai Naidie and Xu Yuanchong helps to understand translators' reading subjectivity in detail. The realization of reading subjectivity in the acceptance of Chinese classical poetry has a dual significance.Through the realization of readers' subjectivity, readers as individuals can read the text more deeply, obtain a more complete aesthetic experience and better complement the power of their subjective consciousness;as a social group, readers can understand their national culture further and will actively disseminate the outstanding Chinese traditional culture that they love. These will strengthen people's cultural self-confidence.The strong return of readers' subjective consciousness can regulate the cultural production in the current consumer society. The study of thesubjectivity of the reader from the perspective of reception aesthetics, combined with the aesthetic experience of Chinese classical poetry in today's China, aims at re-emphasizing the role of the reader's subjectivity in reading activities and calling for the return of subjective consciousness in cultural inheritance and development. So that people can realize personal development freely and roundly in cultural products and cultural activities.
