Objective:This paper explores the effect of role-playing starting with safety common sense behaviors on the social self-supporting and safety common sense of middle class children.Methods:(1)Study 1 Used pretest-posttest experimental group and control group design. The independent variable is role-playing,and the dependent variable is social self-supporting and safety common sense level of middle class children. In a kindergarten in Changsha,a cluster sampling method was adopted to select two middle classes.Parents used the ? 3-6 years old children social self-supporting and safety common sense of scale?to assess the level of children's social self-supporting and safety common sense.Parents were graded high by class According to teacher feedback and early childhood intelligence test,9 children from two classes whose scores are lower than the average score of the class were selected to form an experimental group and a control group by class. The experimental group received 8-week role game intervention. The control group normally carried out regional autonomous game activities. At the end of the intervention and After two weeks' intervention, parents used the scale to conduct the post-measurement and follow-up measurement of children.(2)Study 2 Used a experimental design of single subject. The independent and dependent variables are the same as those in Study 1.The questionnaire method, interview method, and story method were used to qualitatively and quantitatively measure the baseline period of four middle class children(1-4 weeks),intervention period(5-12weeks),and follow-up period(13-14 weeks).Results:(1)Differences between groups were found: Excluding the effects of pretest scores,posttest(F=13.691,p<0.001)and tracking results(F=3.403,p<0.05)in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The comparison within the group found that the post-test and tracking results of the experimental group were significantly higher than the pretest, and the tracking results were significantly higher than the post-test(F=43.112,p<0.001);the difference between the pretest and post-test of the control group was not significant, and the tracking The results were significantly higher than the pretest andpost-test(F=13.242,p<0.001).(2)Comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis of four cases of infants found that the four children's level of social self-supporting and safety common sense significantly improved after eight weeks of role-playing intervention. Conclusion: The role-playing starting with common sense behaviors can promote self-supporting and safety common sense of middle class children.
