Tracing back to the source,man has evolved from the ocean,and is gradually destroying the ocean.The puppet of the ocean is also the puppet of mankind.The sea level rise caused by climate change is a global ecological crisis and political crisis,and the climate refugee problem caused by it has gradually escalated.Although many people have gradually awakened from the destruction of the environment in the era of industrial civilization,the foundation of anthropocentrism Unwavering,in the face of the status quo of marine ecology and indifference to indifference to ecological destruction,we need a cultural change while solving problems with technology and science.The 21 st century is the century of the ocean.Taking this as an opportunity,the 18 th National Congress of China put forward the strategy of a marine power,and marine ecological civilization is an indispensable and important part of the construction of ecological civilization in China.The construction of marine ecological civilization requires not only national macro-policy control and intelligent technical means,but also from the perspective of humanities and arts,strengthening people's awareness of marine ecological protection,and subtly affecting people's reflection,attention and protection of marine ecology.Based on this global marine ecological status and national marine policy support,this topic will explore the ecological concepts and arts involved in coastal space from the vertical and horizontal dimensions starting from the publicity,ecological outlook and social responsibility of public art.The form explores all the possibilities assumed by public art for improving ecology and awakening human emotions,achieving fairness and justice in the ecological dimension,overturning inherent value prejudices,and reconstructing the harmonious and equal relationship between man and nature,and man and the sea.From the ecological perspective,it helps to expand the thinking of public art research,and provides theoretical and practical references for the new field of public art intervention.At the same time,the nature and responsibility of contemporary public art itself may become a good perspective for the study of marine ecological issues..The research object of this article is public art,ecological aesthetics,coastal space and the relationship among the three.At the theoretical level,it mainly involves the definition of related concepts of public art value and epochal criticism,ecological aesthetics,and interventional aesthetics,and actively explores art at the practical level.Why intervene in the coastal space,by transforming nature into something that can be experienced,arouse people's empathy in the perception experience and awaken people's protection of marine ecology.Finally,a practical project “Special Planning for Green Ecology and Smart Cities in the West Coast New District of Qingdao”,an actual project of the Tsinghua Tongheng Planning and Design Institute's Smart City Research Institute,was used to specifically explain the practical results of the subject research and improve the complementary theoretical framework in order to pass the public art Intervene to awaken people's ecological ethics and moral consciousness,and solve the problem of marine ecological environment and build a green and intelligent coastal space through intelligent design.
