Since the beginning of the 21 st century, the cultural and creative industry has developed vigorously, becoming an important breakthrough for Beijing to enhance its economic strength and international influence.Beijing's cultural and creative industry was established as an important strategic development target during the "11th Five-Year Plan" period. After the "12th Five-Year Plan" and "13th Five-Year Plan" period, great achievements have been made.Beijing provides a steady stream of motivation. This paper uses the Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis(ESDA)method to measure the spatial autocorrelation of Beijing's cultural and creative industries, and constructs a spatial cross-sectional model to analyze the convergence,so as to systematically analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of Beijing's cultural and creative industries And its evolution. On this basis, through the construction of a space panel model,we will further explore the factors that affect the spatial development of Beijing's cultural and creative industries, and analyze the spillover effects of various influencing factors in geographic space. Then, through the construction of spatial simultaneous equations, the interaction between cultural and creative industries and economic growth is further explored. The research shows that the added value of Beijing's cultural and creative industries varies greatly from region to region, showing a phenomenon of high center and low surroundings. The industrial space autocorrelation is not significant enough, and most regions show low-high clustering and low-low clustering characteristics. However, there are ?-convergence and absolute ?-convergence in Beijing's cultural and creative industries, showing a slow convergence trend between regions.Among them, economic growth, human capital, and the degree of opening up have significantly promoted the development of Beijing's cultural and creative industries, while financial, consumption, innovation, lending, and public facilities have showndepressing effects. Each region has a variety of factors. There may be a vicious competition in the distribution of talents.Although the exchange of talents between regions helps to reduce this negative impact,it is still not enough to form a positive effect. In addition, the spillover effects of various influential factors in the cultural and creative industries are not significant.Except for economic growth, human capital, and the degree of opening up,which are positive spillover effects, the rest are negative spillover effects, showing the phenomenon of resource backflow.Form a vicious circle.Between the cultural and creative industries and economic growth in Beijing, the one-way effect of the space lagging factor is negative and the interaction effect is positive, indicating that human capital allocation at this stage helps to reduce the negative space spillover effect, but the effect is not obvious enough.Based on the conclusion of this study, this paper puts forward the policy suggestions of Beijing in economic development, financial growth, bank lending, personnel training, infrastructure construction, opening to the outside world,so as to provide useful reference for promoting the sustainable and rapid development of Beijing cultural and creative industries.
