The export painting boomed in the middle of the 18 th to 19 th centuries,and was a new type of painting with strong regional characteristics in the strong impact of Chinese and Western culture.The output of export paintings was very large,and the subjects covered were also very wide,including portraits,landscape paintings,and custom paintings.The place of production was mainly from southern port cities,mainly Macao and Guangzhou.This study,by sorting out the existing Qing Dynasty export paintings and related documents,used case analysis methods,literature research methods to summarize the development of export paintings,selected the 18 th century to the mid-19 th century export works appeared in the female theme,and combined with the relevant cultural and social situation,from a sociological point of view,explored the special character and characteristic structure hidden behind the strong commercial export paintings.In addition,the female subject was relatively special in the Qing Dynasty.This research took it as the main research object,and also made using of its topicality,from small to large,and strove to clarify the practical significance of being buried in export paintings.Moreover,the results of the study have important supplementary value for the significance of western painting popular in east.
