Marxist Scientific Atheism And Its Contemporary Significance

Marxist scientific atheism has reached the highest stage in the history of atheism by absorbing the essence of all previous atheism thoughts.There is a gulf between the divine and the Godless,the Idealism and the materialism,and scientific atheism is growing and enriching,with theological issues and religious phenomena as the basic points of study,using the fundamental methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,this paper elaborates on the understanding of the laws and truths of religion.With the acceleration of globalization and the deepening of China's reform and opening-up,many problems in the field of religion are quietly hindering China's economic construction,political development,cultural integration and ideological security.Adhering to and carrying forward Marxist scientific atheism is not only the result of the situation,but also the internal demand.To correctly understand and effectively solve the new religious problems arising under the new historical conditions,we must consciously keep in touch with the complex current situation of the development of global religions,get to know the basic conditions of China's religions in a timely manner,and seek practical solutions suitable to China's national conditions,realizing the "two centenary goals" at an early date.The thesis takes the Marxist Scientific Atheism thought as the research object,in addition to the introduction,has four chapters.The introduction part explains the aim and significance of the research on Marxist scientific atheism,sorts out and evaluates the current situation of relevant research at home and abroad,sorts out the basic ideas of the paper,and introduces the main contents of the paper in detail,the emphasis,difficulty and innovation of the paper are expounded.The first chapter clarifies the origin of Marxist Scientific History of atheism through the method of literature analysis.Dig into the classic texts of Marxism and Friedrich Engels on atheism to tease out the History of atheism of science.Its theory is mainly derived from Western atheism.Marxism drew on the essence of the former atheism and laboriously criticized religion,politics and economy layer by layer,scientific Atheism has been sprouted in the Rhein,the German and French ALMANAC,and the 1844 Economic and Philosophic Manuscripts of1844.With the deepening of the study of religion and the prominent contradiction of capitalism,the practical viewpoint of the Theses on Feuerbach,the historical materialism of the German ideology and the Scientific Socialism of the communist manifesto are constantly raised,it shows that Marxism's scientific atheism was basically formed.Friedrich Engels also made a special contribution to the development of scientific atheism,working with Marxism on the study of religion,and in their three Co authored works Marxist scientific atheism was born.The second chapter elaborates the basic contents of Marxist scientific atheism under thenew historical background.With the rapid development of the Times,the religious phenomenon is in a strange state,the connotation of Marxist scientific atheism is constantly extending,and the definition of related concepts has become an important theoretical issue.Marxist scientific atheism is a scientific methodology for dealing with religious issues,which reveals the religious nature of religion,emphasizes that man is the supreme nature of Man,and insists on historical materialism as the fundamental method.These core connotations have remained unchanged in the course of their development over the past several hundred years,and have manifested distinctive features of the Times in the socialist countries: practicality,scientificity and class nature,it guides the successful solution of one important issue after another in our country.The third chapter mainly studies the enrichment and development of Marxist scientific atheism on the basis of practice.In Russia,faced with the globalization of capital and new religious problems,Vladimir Lenin and Georgi Plekhanov reinterpreted the meaning of Scientific Atheism under socialism,religious thought,represented by early Western Marxism,Frankfurt School,and postmodern Marxists,has contributed to the progress and development of scientific atheism in many respects,it provides reference and guidance for our country's religious work.In China,the sinicization of religion is the fundamental road.Several generations of leading collectives of the Communist Party of China have worked with one heart and one mind to develop the religious theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics without slackening their efforts on religious issues,we will always unite people of all religions to build a socialist country.The Fourth Chapter Explores the guiding significance of Marxist scientific atheism to our country's religious work by combining theory with practice.This paper analyzes the basic situation and problems of the five major religions in contemporary China with concrete data,and applies Xi Jinping's treatise on atheism to solve the major religious issues under the new historical background,so as to guide the rational development of religions.From three aspects,this paper puts forward some concrete measures to solve the problem: to adhere to the attitude of identity in politics,to adopt the method of integration in culture,and to implement the win-win strategy in economy,so as to achieve the integrated development at all levels of society.Finally,it summarizes the theoretical and practical significance of the socialist atheism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
