Immersiveness is strongly contemporary,and various electronic media in the society are full of this concept.From cinema to VR,immersion technology has profoundly affected people's visual mechanism and thinking logic.Painting is pale in front of the immersive effects of many new media arts.Images have become the object of people's recognition and imitation,and the content of paintings has also been greatly affected by it.In this context,the new perspectives brought about by the rational use of new age technology are an opportunity for contemporary art workers.Therefore,I choose the hot theories in the field of new media to draw paintings with the hot field gradually falling into the margins,and introduce the concept of immersion into the analysis of painting.I will pay attention to classic and immortal painting through a new perspective of the new era,and look for the immersion factors to re-understand the current painting.Based on the two concepts of immersion,a new perspective on viewing painting is introduced.On the one hand,the perspective of the "immersive effect" used in virtual reality technology is used to introspect and summarize the visual characteristics of related paintings and analyze their visual form factors.The "flow induction" theory in the academic field starts from the perception experience of the viewer,and extends the three depths of perception when the viewer is immersed in the "immersion" state,and is also the perceivable depth that the work can provide: from sensory immersion to emotional immersion,And then to advanced thinking immersion.This provides a set of analytical methods and ways of thinking about art works,and is another way to interpret works.Classify and sort out related painting history around an immersive perspective,and specifically analyze how visual form factors such as size,hue,viewpoint,edge,light,and space can be used to trigger the viewer's immersive experience in combination with Mark Rothko's case The starting conditions of the analysis,from the picture processing skills,the use of materials to analyze how these form factors affect the immersion in painting.In addition,it analyzes the value and meaning system of immersion beyond the visual form from three aspects of religion,philosophy and psychology.Summarize the characteristics of relevant laws,learn its deep logic,and then feed it back to its own creation.The author's research on immersion comes from the thinking extension of image theory.During this period,the holistic understanding of immersive research clues has enriched the creative thinking dimension.At the same time,a set of special evaluation standards have been established through three theories of depth of perception It plays a certain guiding role in watching learning and creative practice related to oneself.In addition,Rothko 's spiritual aspiration to pursue the soul of painting beyond the formal skeleton reveals that the author should be alert to the production of simple symbolic references and stacked visual illusions in his creation.Only by understanding the mechanism of its occurrence can he truly reflect.
